Mostly people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong. And yet, a person can perform only from strength. “Peter Drucker”

As my own experience, sometimes I regret that why I do the things in different ways as the other do. Or even I think and judge about the people that are far more different and see the world as I cannot. I also found that most of us believe that what I say, think and see is right, not the others. These judging and thinking about the other people around us put us in side a box form which we cannot see the humanity. There we just look to the other as a tool or object. Therefore, we call for this Self-Deception.

As Peter Drucker says about the strengths that each individual person has, or a group of talent within naturally exist inside of each individual human. But there is a question may be raises in each person’s mind that how to discover or become aware of our talent or strengths?

For bringing up your strengths you need to work on your talents (a natural way of thinking, feeling, or behaving) beside, you need to investment (time spent practicing, developing your skills, and building your knowledge based) on you in order to build your strengths as best as possible. Do not forget to remember that some behaviors can be learned, many are nearly impossible to learn. There is a real difference between talents, skills and knowledge. In addition, fixing your weaknesses prevents failure. After you discovered your strengths then the development leads to excellence.

There are many clues that help you know your strengths. For instance: yearning (what kinds of activities you are drawn on?), Learning, timelessness and some works that you finish and at the end you say that when I can do it again? These are the facts that each person may already have experienced. Thus, that Peter Drucker says that you should waste as little effort as possible on improving areas of low competence. It takes far more energy to improve from incompetence to mediocrity than it takes to improve from firs rate performance to excellence.

You could be the ice breaker. Your signature themes are very significant in improving the talents that lead to your success. By focusing on your themes. Separately and in combination, you can identify your talents, build them into strengths, and enjoy personal and career success through consistent, near perfect performance… continue….
